Smart-Space company TravelFlan expands operations to Southeast Asia
Cyberport Smart-Space company TravelFlan is expanding its travel services to countries in Southeast Asia beyond its traditional scope of Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
The travel technology and service solution company’s signature TravelFlan Concierge Service is a text-based AI chatbot allowing users to get advice, make arrangements and seek the necessary travel assistance throughout the holiday cycle.
Users receive TravelFlan’s services through instant messaging systems Facebook and WeChat. Customised advice and support is based on users’ needs and location.
